Stephen is a specialist in climate change scenario analysis, insurance affordability, and sustainability regulation.

Melissa offers more than three decades of sustainability experience spanning the United Nations, Australian and Canadian Governments, and major listed investment funds and financial services companies. Originally an environmental and human rights lawyer, Melissa's focus today is in supporting companies and investors navigate complex modern slavery and sustainability risks. This includes responsible investment and supply chain cost and risk assessments, in line with international law and current/emerging regulatory standards. Melissa is a non-executive Director of ICMEC, which works closely with the global financial and payments sector to disrupt child exploitation networks and financial flows linked to human trafficking and online abuse.
